We went to Arizona on a little vacation to visit family. It was a lot of fun. I got some good photos. I shot in RAW most of the time so I didn't have much room for photos (RAW format is a much larger file so you can't fit as many photos on a memory card). I'm so happy I shot in RAW though because it allowed me to shoot in low lighting conditions and recover the photos. The only bad part about RAW is I do have to edit every photo, you can't just take the photos straight out of the camera and print them.
It was awesome for the aquarium though. I metered off her face here but that blew out the stingray pond, oh and everything was tinted green because of the room. But since it was in RAW I recovered the pond and was able to adjust the White balance all with quick adjustments. If this was shot in Jpeg there is no way I could have recovered that pond.
